Nature of the Site

This private reference site stores no official custody, release, court, or supervision records. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request, post bond, or alter a government record.

Its pages point toward CT DOC, Connecticut court, CT SAVIN, parole, federal, immigration, and municipal sources, along with optional third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming others or its operation.

• Do not break a law through use of the site.
• Do not stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten anyone.
• Do not use the content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated decision.
• Do not attempt to access systems or data without permission.
• Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
• Do not interfere with access or service for another visitor.

No Consumer Reports

New Haven County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Neither it nor its advertising partners supplies background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services. By using the site, you agree not to apply its information to:

• Hiring, discipline, or termination decisions.
• Tenant selection or housing decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

External Websites

Links may lead to correctional and release records, government portals, legal resources, federal locators, or outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination's content, availability, security, pricing, or data practices. Review its own terms before use.

No Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty about:

• Accuracy, completeness, or current status.
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability.
• Freedom from errors, bugs, or security flaws.
• The scope or quality of a partner's search result.

Custody status, court records, office details, and public access can change. Nothing on the site is an official statement from CT DOC, a court, police department, correctional facility, or other government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site, its operators, and content partners are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

Your Indemnity

Intellectual Property

Text, graphics, logos, and code belong to New Haven County Released Inmates or its content partners unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, publish, distribute, or modify protected material without written permission.

Ending or Limiting Access

We may suspend, limit, or end access at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

Connecticut Governing Law

Connecticut law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Connecticut. References to Connecticut public records, including Sections 1-210 through 1-212, describe government access rules and do not change this private agreement.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
